Did you know we have “new-build” projects, too? Portland has such beautiful old houses with unique architecture. You know, the homes we all like to “ooh” and “ahh” over on relaxing Sunday drives? Maybe it’s just me. But try to imagine - a large two story, stone steps leading from the sidewalk to a spacious front porch (perhaps with a swing?), a beautiful living room window facing the street and quaint front yard…SERIOUSLY. Classic homes, but each completely unique to its family.

With this new project, it has been fun to dream and design and know the end product will be a treat to someone someday. While trying to keep in line with the community’s aesthetic, this home will also have the modern structural integrity needed to keep families safe. It is amazing being able to watch the progress of literally building this home from the ground up. So much goes into the foundation process - it is really impressive! Drake would be proud. I can’t wait to see what this home’s future family has in store for it!
